PlantedHQ

Your sermons should be findable.

Most aren’t.

PlantedHQ gives your church a simple, searchable sermon site using the videos you already have. Your YouTube, Facebook, and giving links stay where they are.

You preach, visit, counsel, lead, and prepare for Sunday again. Your sermon should not disappear into a YouTube archive by Tuesday. PlantedHQ gives your messages a simple, searchable home — without asking you to learn another platform.

Sunday’s sermon disappears by Tuesday.

01

Your best content is hiding.

02

Visitors leave without a trace.

03

You're flying blind.

Five things, done well.

  1. 01

Members re-listen on a site they're proud to share.

Your church name, your logo, your color. Live in 15 minutes — no template gallery, no developer.

  2. 02

Visitors find Sunday's sermon when they search for it.

Paste your YouTube or Facebook link. The page renders with title, date, speaker, and the embedded video — already SEO-tagged.

  3. 03

You know who showed up online and can follow up by Monday.

Every sermon page carries an email signup. Submissions hit your inbox in seconds and export to CSV when you're ready to write.

  4. 04

Generosity stays where it already works.

The Give button on every page links to your existing Tithe.ly, PayPal, or Stripe URL. We don't move the money.

  5. 05

You can see what's working without learning a dashboard.

Five numbers, weekly: page views, sermon plays, leads captured, giving clicks, top sermon. That is the entire stats page.

First, see what you have.

A real PDF, 7 pages. Scored across five areas. Most small churches we’ve audited land between 30 and 60 out of 100 — the audit ranks the three highest-leverage things to fix first.

PDF within a day or two. No drip sequence. No sales hand-off.

I built this after auditing dozens of small-church sites — faithful preaching, careful work, and nobody outside Sunday morning ever sees it. So I built the website I wished those churches had: one that takes the sermon you already preached and gives it a chance to keep working.

What pastors actually ask.

Q1.I already have Squarespace. Why switch?

Different job. Squarespace is a website. PlantedHQ is a sermon-distribution funnel. Most churches keep both.

Q2.Is this church management software?

No. We don't track membership, run check-in, or print directories.

Q3.Are you the merchant of record for giving?

No. The Give button links to your existing giving URL.

Q4.What about Wix or WordPress?

Same answer as Squarespace. Keep them. We replace the sermon layer.

Q5.What does it cost?

$29 / $79 / $149 per month, depending on plan.

Q6.What denominations?

Theologically neutral. Most-served: independent, non-denom, Baptist, Reformed. All welcome.

Q7.Will you train AI on my sermons?

No. Your content is yours. No models trained, no directory feed, no opt-out games.
